We spent a meaningful day learning about, and celebrating VE day.
Miss Jansen held an assembly in the morning, explaining to the children about VE day and why we celebrate it.
A few children walked down to the war memorial for a small service and to lay our poppy reef.
Whilst our awesome kitchen crew made 510! (yes you read that right) 510 gorgeous cupcakes for the children and staff, to finish off the celebrations.
